Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RSVPeasy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RSVPeasy provides event management and RSVP tracking tools for personal and professional events. The Service includes custom RSVP pages, response tracking, email notifications, and related features.

3.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.

Subscription and Billing

RSVPeasy offers Standard ($45/month) and Premium ($65/month) subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not use the Service to collect or store personal information about others without their consent.

6.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service, including event details, images, and guest responses. By using the Service, you grant RSVPeasy a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

8.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data.

9.

Limitation of Liability

RSVPeasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
