How to Add Custom Links and Event Information
Custom Links lets you share extra details on your RSVP page, keeping everything guests need in one place. Use it for parking, dress codes, gift registries, accommodation, itineraries and more.
Where to find Custom Links
Go to Step 2 of your event setup, open Custom Links and choose to add an item.
1. Choose what the item opens
There are three options:
Information only: Display text for guests to read without linking to a website or document. Ideal for dress codes, parking instructions or transport details.
Web link: Direct guests to another website, such as a gift registry, hotel booking page or Google Maps location.
PDF: Upload a document, such as an itinerary, menu or venue map. The maximum file size is 25 MB.
2. Add a title
Enter a short, descriptive title so guests can easily recognise the information—for example, Dress Code, Gift Registry or Weekend Itinerary.
3. Add your content
Depending on the option you selected:
For Information only, enter your details in the Description field.
For Web link, paste the full website address into the URL field.
For PDF, select Upload a PDF and choose your file.
You can also add a description to explain a link or document before guests open it.
4. Customise the button text
For website links and PDFs, choose wording that tells guests what to expect, such as View Registry, View Itinerary or Get Directions.
5. Choose an icon
Select an icon to match your content. For example, use a gift icon for your registry or a calendar icon for your itinerary. Use the Show icon toggle to display or hide it.
6. Set who can see the item
Use Who can see this? to choose the audience. Select Everyone for information you want all guests to see, or choose another available option to limit visibility.
7. Review the display settings
Open in new tab: Opens a website link or PDF in a separate browser tab, allowing guests to keep your RSVP page open. This setting is relevant to links and PDFs.
Show icon: Displays your selected icon alongside the item.
Visible on RSVP: Controls whether the item appears on your RSVP page. Switch it off to hide the item.
8. Save and preview
Click Add link to save your item. Repeat the process to add more information, then preview your RSVP page to check how everything looks. Open each website link and PDF to make sure it works correctly.

Tip: Keep titles short and descriptions easy to scan so guests can quickly find the details they need.
